Description

Our Mission ⚖️

At Doctrine, we're building Europe's leading legal AI platform.

Our belief? Law shouldn't be slowed down by repetitive tasks. It should be augmented by a specialised AI, designed to understand, analyse and produce legal reasoning at the highest standard.

Our ambition? To help legal professionals work with greater reliability, efficiency and peace of mind, through a single, comprehensive and secure platform.

Today, 27,000 legal professionals across five countries (France, Italy, Germany, Spain and Luxembourg) trust us to do just that.

Our growth is guided by a clear approach: a global vision, grounded in a deep understanding of local specificities.

Behind this ambition, a team of around 250 people, united around one goal: supporting lawyers and legal professionals at every stage of their work, from research to drafting.

And we're just getting started.

The context :

Doctrine has achieved 50% annual growth over the last four years and has become the market leader in AI-powered legal platform in France. We then expanded into Italy (2024), Germany (2025), and in 2026 we acquired Maïté, the Spanish legal AI champion.

This trajectory means our Sales, Marketing & Ops teams are operating at full speed, across multiple markets, with increasingly ambitious objectives, as our international Sales team is expanding.

Why this role exists :

Scaling a sales organization across four markets — each with its own legal culture, competitive landscape, and buyer psychology — doesn't happen by translating the French playbook. It requires someone who builds the infrastructure for commercial excellence from the ground up: rigorous onboarding, continuous skill development, and product knowledge that actually sticks.
This is that role.

What you'll own ::

Reporting to our Marketing Manager and working hand-in-hand with our international PMMs, Sales Leadership (from VP Sales to Head of International and local Sales Managers), and Sales Enablement Manager for France, you'll be responsible for the commercial performance and ramp-up of Doctrine's international sales team (including SDR, AE and CSM).

  • Onboarding: You'll design and run the onboarding program for every new international sales hire: ramp frameworks, playbooks, certifications. The goal is simple: get new reps to first deal, fast.
  • Commercial skill development: You'll build and run a continuous training program covering B2B SaaS sales techniques, discovery, pitch, objection handling, negotiation, and closing. This includes both group and individual coaching sessions, in close collaboration with Sales Managers.
  • Product enablement: Working as a direct partner to the local PMMs, you'll translate product launches into sales-ready content: demo playbooks, pitch decks, objection handling guides, video training. You'll own the rhythm of product training sessions across the international team.
  • Performance & iteration: You'll use call data (we have Modjo), CRM signals, and win/loss patterns to identify skill gaps and iterate on your programs. If something isn't working, you'll know before anyone else does.
  • Knowledge base ownership: You'll manage and animate our knowledge base, keeping content up-to-date and activation high.
  • What we're looking for ::
  • A proven track record in sales enablement or as a top-performing B2B SaaS sales rep who wants to move into enablement.
  • Fluency in English is non-negotiable, as this will be your primary language; a second European language (French, Italian, German, or Spanish) is a strong plus.
  • You understand the full anatomy of a B2B sales organization and know what good looks like at each stage.
  • You're a natural teacher: you make complex things simple, you hold a room, and you know how to give feedback that lands.
  • You're rigorous and data-driven: you don't just run programs, you measure them.
  • You're comfortable working across cultures, time zones, and stakeholders without losing focus.
  • You lead through influence. Enablement only works if the people on the floor buy in. You have no direct authority over Sales Managers or individual contributors and you actually don't need it. You make your case, you push back when it matters, and once a decision is made, you commit to it fully.
  • AI is part of your stack. You use LLMs and AI tools to produce better content faster and to extract signal from call recordings and performance data. At Doctrine, we build AI for legal professionals: the expectation is that our own team operates the same way.
