Affirm is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join their Business Systems team within Revenue. This role involves defining and reviewing technical designs, serving as a technical thought leader, designing and building integrations, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, and mentoring other engineers. The ideal candidate will have expert-level proficiency in Salesforce.com, experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flow, as well as experience with integration tools like Workato and DevOps tooling. This is a remote position in Canada.

About the Revenue Team
The Revenue team drives Affirm’s top-line growth through strategic partnerships, pricing, and go-to-market execution. We acquire, retain, and expand merchant relationships across eCommerce, in-store, telesales, and the Affirm app. The team leads onboarding, relationship management, and performance optimization to help partners succeed. We deliver value-added solutions, drive adoption, and support long-term business growth by connecting merchants and consumers through Affirm’s products.
As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will be an integral member of the Business Systems team within Revenue. You will collaborate closely with Business Systems colleagues and key cross-functional stakeholders to craft and deliver technical solutions that transform how our Revenue organization operates. We look for candidates who strive for simple, sophisticated solutions, communicate clearly and proactively across all levels of the organization, and continuously sharpen both their technical and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate works nimbly in a fast-moving environment, brings XFN partners along on technical decisions, and actively raises the bar for those around them.

Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills. Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, the employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by Affirm Holdings, Inc. (parent company).
CAN base pay range per year: $133,000 - $183,000
