GENERAL SUMMARY:
The banking services department is responsible for all processes regarding Non-Post and NSF accounts. Coordinates the processing of on us return items and is responsible for processing the charge-back notices. Reviews various reports.
- Processes garnishments and levies and reclamations on customer accounts
- Prints, reviews for accuracy, and mails customer interest checks.
- Maintains all return mail, dormant accounts and customer accounts (may include KMN account maintenance).
- Completes research requests for CO Banks and helps resolve service issues for our customers.
- Reviews various reports as assigned.

- Process Inactive and Dormant Accounts
- On Us Check review
- Process Mobile and ATM Deposits
- Responsible for printing, accuracy review and mailing of customer interest checks
- ATM Live functions as needed
- Revies and monitors return mail
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of FiServ preferred.
- Knowledge of Windows based programs preferred.
- Skills in good customer service and telephone courtesy.
- Ability to operate a PC with keyboard accuracy and speed.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet critical deadlines and have constant interruptions while doing assigned responsibilities including reconcilement, verification and computer input.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School or equivalent.
- Banking experience preferred.
