ASML is seeking a System Dismantle Technician for its EUV Factory Manufacturing department in Veldhoven, Netherlands. The role involves disassembling high-tech EUV Scanners and Source systems with high quality standards, working safely, and adhering to strict procedures. Responsibilities include disassembling parts, maintaining a safe workplace, solving technical issues, contributing to continuous improvement, reporting progress, and sharing knowledge. A 2-shift schedule is required. This role requires a Dutch MBO 4 qualification in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aerospace, or Automotive Engineering, or a vocational qualification (min. level 3) with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Hands-on experience in high-tech production or customer service, affinity with system assembly/dismantling and troubleshooting, and preferably experience with coarse and fine mechanics are essential. Excellent English communication skills are required.

Within the EUV Factory (EF) Manufacturing department, we are responsible for dismantling EUV Scanners and Source systems. The System Dismantle & Prepack team plays a critical role in disassembling these systems with the highest quality standards for our customers and ensuring they are fully prepared for shipment.
We are currently looking for an Engineer who will specialize in the dismantling phase of the process.
As a Dismantle technician, you will disassemble, lock, and adjust high-tech systems in accordance with strict specifications and procedures, all within defined cycle times. You will collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and play a key role in achieving our ambitious output targets.

Context:
For this position, the indicative (fixed) annual salary range is between 52,500 euro and 59,000 euro. This range comprises vacation allowance and a 13th-month payment and is based on a full-time contract. Company profit sharing is not included in this range. As this is a shift-based position you will receive a shift allowance on top of the indicated salary range. The actual compensation offered will depend on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: job-related skills, relevant education and (work) experience, certifications, demonstrated abilities of the candidate, pay relative to other team members.
