Title and Summary

Finance Modernization FP&A Manager

The Manager of the Finance Modernization Project will support the transformation of our finance operations, driving the implementation of advanced analytics, AI capabilities, and cloud migration strategies in support of the overall FP&A function. This project role will be pivotal in enhancing FP&A reporting capabilities, improving operational efficiency, and enabling business growth through innovative financial solutions.

Role:
• Support the Finance Modernization initiative for the FP&A organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives
• Prepare the analysis of COA and CDE data dimensions for rationalization, future state design, and clean-up (P&L + Management reporting dimensions)
• Acting as SME for initial data requests from Data Governance Teams
• Support the modernization of financial systems, integrating advanced technologies to enhance data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
• Driving improvements in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Leading the design and implementation of the FP&A Target Operating Model (TOM)
• Defining TOM principles for process, data, technology and org‑alignment
• Integrating TOM with governance, modernization and change initiatives
• Ensuring TOM adoption and continuous refinement across FP&A
• Champion change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes and technologies across the finance organization.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the finance team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and processes.

All About You:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in participating on large-scale finance transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of finance operations, data governance, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Experience with ERP/EPM systems and data lake frameworks is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of AI and advanced analytics applications in finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to drive change and foster a culture of innovation.
• Experience in a global business environment is a plus.
