The Investment Banking Senior Analyst assists clients in capital markets fundraising and provides corporate finance and strategic advisory for mergers, acquisitions, and financial transactions. Responsibilities include working with senior officers on client projects, performing financial analysis using accounting concepts, preparing marketing materials, building financial models, sourcing market information for research, and managing multiple projects. The role requires clear communication, adherence to internal policies, understanding legal documents, and applying market trends to client needs.
