What you'll be doing

As our Marketing & Growth Intern - Welfare Product, you’ll be the person who plays a key role in supporting the growth and adoption of Satispay's Welfare products and expanding its network of employers and employees. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Own the sales collateral library – Take responsibility for keeping all sales materials current, organised, and accessible. You will be the main point of contact for the BD team, managing their requests and providing the right collateral based on their needs, whether it's existing material or identifying when new content is required.
• Support employer acquisition activities – Assist the team in planning, coordinating, and rolling out different acquisition channels. You'll help collaborate with teams like Performance, CRM, Legal, BD, and Product.
• Contribute to brand activation projects – Get involved in planning and supporting ad hoc activities on a local or audience basis, to help build brand awareness.
• Support B2B event coordination – Assist with the logistics for our self-organised local and corporate events, and help the team prepare for and participate in B2B sector fairs.
• Product Enthusiast project – Restructure our Product Enthusiast initiative, which leverages happy Welfare employers as advocates to fuel B2B acquisition. You'll rebuild the project from the ground up, set up tracking for newly signed clients, and create an automated system to reach out to them and encourage them to post publicly about Satispay.

Who we're looking for

We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you're curious and ready for real ownership, you'll fit in! Does this sound like you?

• Background – Ongoing or recent Degree in Communication, Marketing, Media, Business Administration (or Management) or related.
• Organisational & communication skills – You demonstrate the ability to keep track of tasks and communicate clearly with the team.
• Curious and detail-oriented – You're comfortable looking at information, notice the small things, and are eager to understand why.
• Data-driven mindset – You're comfortable with numbers and understand the importance of using data to analyse performance and inform marketing decisions.
• Proactive and flexible – You have a "can-do" attitude, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to new challenges.
• Language proficiency – Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Salary: €950 monthly internship net gross allowance.
