Location: Bengaluru, India
Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 pm IST (local time)
Position Overview and Objective
• Review contracts and validate alignment with pricing, terms, and order details
• Ensure approvals are in place and orders meet internal policy requirements
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance to resolve discrepancies
• Provide first-level administrative sales support
• Organized and able to manage high-volume work
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Process-driven with a focus on data quality
• Experience with contracts, subscriptions, or SaaS billing
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
