About Our Marketing Team & Brand Portfolio:
This is an ideal role for someone early in their marketing career who is hungry to learn, willing to work hard, and excited to build a strong foundation inside an experienced and passionate marketing department. Our Americas marketing team is the creative and operational engine behind some of the most recognized names in the music technology space. Focusrite Group's portfolio includes Focusrite, the #1 audio interface brand globally; Novation, synonymous with legendary synthesizers and MIDI controllers ADAM Audio, a reference monitor brand trusted by studios worldwide; Oberheim and Sequential, two of the most storied names in synthesizer history. Our US team works directly with artists, influencers, dealers, and media to bring these brands to life across campaigns, events, and product launches. This role sits at the center of that activity giving you a uniquely broad view of how professional marketing actually works at scale.
Core Responsibilities:
Marketing Product & Stock Management
- Process product seeding and demo orders with full administrative follow-through in NetSuite, ensuring accurate loan records, policy adherence, and timely returns
- Locate inventory from storage, complete professional pack-outs, generate FedEx labels, and manage all shipment pickups and returns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully functional storage unit — gear, accessories, and event equipment always event-ready
Event Coordination Support
- Own the full logistics cycle for events: find, pack, log, ship, receive, break down, and restore gear after each activation
- Manage and replenish stock levels for branded merchandise, cables, and event materials so nothing runs out when it matters most
Marketing Campaign Support
- Collaborate on artist and influencer campaigns — assist with talent sourcing and coordinate NDAs and partnership agreements
- Track media and dealer partner campaign data; surface insights and analysis to brand managers to support decision-making
- Provide flexible support across any artist, event, or campaign initiative as brand managers require
- Process all shipping for branded merchandise, point-of-sale materials, and other marketing items in coordination with Marketing, HR, and leadership
General & Office Support
- Handle local driving as needed: FedEx drop-offs and pickups, collecting print materials, sourcing supplies — valid CA driver's license required
- Provide light office administration: ordering supplies, supporting building management, and keeping the team's workspace functional and stocked
You'll Thrive in This Role If You:
- Love technology - audio, visual, gaming, computers - the boxes, the cables - You're naturally curious about how things work, how they connect, and you're happiest setting things up, troubleshooting them, or making them work better.
- Get energized by being the person who makes everything run smoothly — you find real satisfaction in flawless logistics and zero dropped balls
- Take ownership instinctively — when you see something that needs doing, you do it without waiting to be asked
- Own your work completely — when something goes wrong, your first instinct is to fix it, communicate it, and learn from it. You don't make excuses; you make improvements.
- Take pride in the little details — you know that perfectly packed shipments, organized storage, accurate spreadsheets, and polished event setups are what make great marketing possible.
- Are naturally organized to a fault — color-coded folders, labeled boxes, and clean tracking spreadsheets are your love language
- Communicate clearly and proactively — you send the update before anyone has to ask
- Want a front-row seat to real marketing — artist campaigns, event builds, and brand activations, not just theory
- Are hungry to grow — when your work is done, your instinct is to ask, "What else can I help with?"
- Don't believe any task is beneath you — whether you're packing an event, organizing a storage unit, or helping launch a major campaign, you care about doing it exceptionally well.
