We’re transforming how finance works across TwiningsOvo. This is a rare opportunity to shape and embed a global FP&A solution, powered by SAP Analytics Cloud, that will redefine how our business plans, reports, and makes decisions. You won’t just improve processes— you’ll help build a more standardized FP&A function across a global organisation, creating standardisation, better data, and sharper insights.
As Finance Business Process Owner, you will own and continuously evolve FP&A processes globally. You will sit at the intersection of finance, data, and technology, working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver a high-quality planning and reporting solutions.
- Partner with Finance, Group FP&A, and senior leaders to align financial planning, reporting, and data strategies with business objectives.
- Oversee the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and related FP&A systems across global business units.
- Support standardization of planning, reporting, and FP&A processes in line with ABF best practices.
- Ensure global master data structures (e.g., Chart of Accounts, Cost Centres, Profit Centres) support reporting and planning requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements that simplify workflows and improve system capabilities.
- Monitor adoption, utilization, and business benefits through KPIs and stakeholder engagement.
- Own the global FP&A training framework, maintaining user guides and leveraging AI-enabled learning solutions where appropriate.
- Support solution design, testing, change management, and system enhancements to deliver ongoing business value.
- Build close relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and support alignment with global finance objectives.
- 5+ years’ experience in Finance, including FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Experience leading finance transformation, process improvement, or systems initiatives.
- Experience in global or complex organizations; SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) experience preferred.
- Effective analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with stakeholders, lead meetings, and complete actions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a changing environment.
- Results-focused with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
