Senior Director of Hydration will drive collaboration for a Global Networked Organization, acting as the voice of the Operating Unit to inform and influence Global strategies. Responsibilities include developing portfolio/brand strategies for the Operating Unit, focusing on core hydration brands and expanding into the active hydration whitespace. The role involves identifying consumer insights, creating winning consumer strategies, defining business growth strategies, and managing integrated marketing plans and P&L in collaboration with Finance. Additionally, the role will develop and execute strategies for the OU, manage overall business for local and regional brands, and lead teams, fostering teamwork and developing marketing capabilities. Interaction with the Frontline organization to ensure flawless implementation of core programs and local amplification is also key.

Qualifications & Requirements:
For Spain:
Base Salary: 110000 EUR to 156000 EUR
For Italy:
Base Salary: 97700 EUR to 142000 EUR
For Poland:
Base Salary: 435,000 PLN to 692,000 PLN
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 60%
Annual incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
