Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Development team
  • Manage documentation and paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to emails professionally
  • Support Business Development Managers (BDMs) with daily coordination and follow-ups
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business materials
  • Maintain proper records and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Support team activities to ensure continuity of service and client experience
  • Enable BDMs to focus on business growth and client relationship management by taking on administrative workload

Job Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive team player with a positive and service-oriented attitude
