Charger Logistics is seeking a motivated Brokerage Dispatcher for their Brampton office. This role involves analyzing spot bid requests, developing pricing strategies, negotiating rates, and managing freight operations from pickup to delivery. You will also handle customer service inquiries and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in transportation/logistics, a strong understanding of spot market dynamics, proficiency in TMS, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
