roadsurfer is seeking a Rental Agent to join their team in Amstelveen, Netherlands. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, managing camper pick-ups and returns with a friendly and helpful attitude. Your responsibilities include explaining camper features, ensuring customer satisfaction, and performing cleaning duties. You will also assist the station team with daily operations to ensure a smooth start for customer holidays. Ideal candidates have customer service experience, a valid driving license category B, and good English skills.
