Agropur is seeking a Workforce Planning Supervisor to ensure manufacturing operations run smoothly. This role involves supervising production teams, covering for shift supervisors, and managing workforce planning activities. Responsibilities include scheduling, payroll validation, HR administration, and enforcing collective agreements and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a college diploma or university degree, at least two years of experience in manufacturing supervision, and excellent command of the Office suite. Knowledge of French is required for Quebec positions.
