Puratos is seeking an intern for an R&D Food Fermentation project in Groot-Bijgaarden, Belgium. You will study the functionalities of fermented foods to create innovative products, utilizing classic microbial techniques, fermentation processes, microbial identification, and analytical techniques like HPLC and GC-MS. The role involves reporting on progress and presenting findings. This internship requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science or a related field, strong interest in food fermentation, and fluent English. Duration is min 3 months. Candidates must hold valid work and residence authorization for Belgium, as Puratos is not sponsoring work permits.
