Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a Vice President of Demand Generation to lead marketing efforts and drive qualified pipeline growth across its portfolio companies. This strategic role involves developing and implementing integrated demand generation strategies, managing a high-performing team, and partnering with Sales to achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive B2B marketing experience, expert knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems, and a proven track record in scaling demand generation within manufacturing or complex technical environments.

We're seeking a strategic and goal-oriented Vice President of Demand Generation. This role will lead marketing efforts to drive qualified pipeline growth across Re:Build Manufacturing's portfolio companies. This leader will develop and implement integrated demand generation strategies that fuel our aggressive revenue goals while building scalable marketing frameworks for long-term success.
The base salary range for this position is $214,357 – $357,263 per year. This range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans. The Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
