Docebo is seeking an experienced Enablement Lead for Business Development to join their team. This role will focus on enhancing the performance and productivity of global Business Development Representative (BDR) and Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams. The Lead will manage the entire enablement lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and ongoing development. This position sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations, and requires a strong understanding of sales enablement, prospecting, and modern sales tools.

Step into a high-impact, hands-on role as our Enablement Lead, Business Development, where you will be the dedicated strategic partner responsible for elevating the performance and productivity of our global BDR and SDR teams! You will own the full enablement lifecycle, transforming how we onboard, train, and develop top-tier sales talent from day one through continuous content mastery. Sitting at the exciting intersection of Marketing, Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations, you will build the foundational skills our reps need to dominate the market.
