The Opportunity:
Our Customer Operations team plays a critical role in delivering reliable, high-quality outcomes for Netwealth advisers and clients. Working across investment and superannuation administration, the team helps ensure every customer interaction is supported by operational excellence, accuracy and care.
As an Investor Services Officer, you'll be responsible for processing a range of investment and super administration activities, helping to deliver seamless experiences while meeting service, quality and compliance standards.
You'll join a collaborative and supportive team where you'll be encouraged to build your knowledge across Netwealth products, systems and processes, while developing valuable financial services expertise.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career. As your experience grows, you'll have opportunities to develop across Administration and Payments, expand your knowledge into broader Customer Operations functions such as Onboarding, and explore future pathways into technical specialist, project, and broader business roles.
