Job Qualifications::
  • Identify and evaluate potential locations for new branches, hubs, or facilities based on business requirements.
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies, including competitor analysis, demographics, and site potential.
  • Coordinate site visits, surveys, and assessments for prospective locations.
  • Negotiate lease terms and agreements with landlords and property owners in coordination with management and legal teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end expansion process, including planning, execution, and opening activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Facilities, Finance, HR, and Procurement to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders regarding fit-out, renovation, and setup activities.
    • Job Responsibilities::
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in expansion, project management, facilities, real estate, or a related field.
  • Experience in logistics, retail, or multi-site operations is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
