Figure AI is seeking a Logistics Runner to join their Data Operations team. This role is crucial for supporting the company's AI Robotics development by ensuring the smooth capture of training data. The Logistics Runner will be responsible for staging, prepping, and transporting equipment and supplies, as well as supporting the setup and teardown of data capture environments. This is a hands-on, physical role requiring attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position is a six-month fixed-term agreement with potential for extension.
Figure is an AI Robotics company autonomous general-purpose humanoid robots. The goal of the company is to ship humanoid robots with human level intelligence. Its robots are engineered to perform a variety of tasks in the home and commercial markets. We are based in North San Jose, CA and require 5 days/week in-office collaboration. It’s time to build.
Figure AI is building the data foundation that powers our humanoid robots. The Data Operations organization creates and curates the training data our AI systems learn from, and the Data Creators team owns how that data gets captured, at what volume, and to what standard, across our sites.
As a Logistics Runner, you'll keep data capture moving by staging, prepping, and transporting the equipment and supplies our teams rely on. You'll support setup and teardown of capture environments, move gear between sites and sets, and keep staging areas organized and capture-ready.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $30 / hour.
