HELP is seeking a dedicated Sales Trainer/Sales Process Coach to join their team. This role involves conducting classroom training, providing on-site coaching, and mentoring sales professionals. The trainer will also be responsible for curriculum development and enhancing training materials to ensure sales team members are well-prepared. The position requires 5+ years of HVAC or Plumbing sales experience and proven teaching and public speaking abilities.

Work Environment:
Works in a professional office environment using computers, phones, and standard office equipment. Primarily seated with occasional standing and walking. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members and accurately exchange information in person and by phone. Additionally you'll be working in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
