Tetra Pak is seeking an intern to support their safety, health, and environment (HSE) initiatives in Rubiera, Italy. The role involves supporting daily HSE activities, participating in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and continuous improvement projects focused on safety and environmental performance, and assisting with incident management. The intern will also help monitor HSE KPIs, contribute to loss analysis, and support the development of data collection and reporting tools. This is a six-month curricular internship.

We are looking for an intern to support the team leading innovation and continuous improvement through World Class Manufacturing. In this position, you will support production processes in identifying losses and countermeasures with the aim of eradication. Besides, you will learn about WCM in an advanced factory, taking part in Kaizen Teams with a focus on Lean concepts. You will deal with organization and presentation to internal and external auditors. You will cooperate with several stakeholders, including Quality, Maintenance, and Customer Service, building your knowledge on how the packaging material is produced.
This is a six-month curricular internship position based in Tetra Pak Carta in Rubiera, Italy.
