The Learning Advisor Lead is a strategic HR professional within the Learning & Culture organization, responsible for identifying learning needs for their coverage area and aligning them with L&C solutions. This role partners closely with business and HR stakeholders to develop and execute integrated learning strategies, conduct gap analyses, ensure compliance with standards, measure training effectiveness, and manage learning budgets. The position requires 6+ years of experience in Learning, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and strong consulting, facilitation, measurement, and project management skills.
The Learning & Culture (L&C) organization supports the creation, curation, and deployment of end-to-end learning solutions to increase organizational and employee success. The Learning Advisor Lead is a strategic Human Resources professional who helps identify the Learning needs of their coverage area and determine the appropriate solution in alignment with the Learning & Culture Menu of Services. The role works in close partnership with key business and HR stakeholders to deliver an integrated strategy.
