Schaeffler, a global technology company, seeks an intern for its HR Digitalization & Portfolio Management team in Timisoara, Romania. This role supports the Global HR team in managing HR systems, automation, and data. Responsibilities include supporting key users, testing new functionalities, creating documentation, and participating in global projects. The ideal candidate is an ongoing Bachelor or Master student in Communication, Business Informatics, or HR with basic understanding of HR processes and cloud computing. Fluency in English is required.
