This role involves conceptualizing and designing various assets, developing visual language for campaigns, and collaborating with Growth Marketing to translate performance insights into design strategy. The designer will manage the creative lifecycle, act as a brand guardian, lead brainstorms, and mentor junior designers. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in visual or marketing design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and a proven ability to blend creativity with performance. Experience with motion or video editing is a plus. The role is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with a collaborative in-office culture.
Founded in 2019, Phoenix is building the most trusted telehealth platform in Canada, making specialist healthcare accessible to every Canadian, wherever they are. Our platform breaks down barriers to care, empowering patients to take control of their health with personalized treatment options and the guidance of licensed providers.
If you thrive where big ideas turn into real impact, you'll fit right in here. We're a team of creative problem-solvers who move deliberately and collaborate in person, because we think the best work happens that way. At Phoenix, you'll find autonomy over your work, people who care about each other's success, and a mission that's making healthcare better for Canadians.
We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creative charge across our growth and marketing initiatives. You’ll shape the visual story of Phoenix—crafting campaigns that drive performance, tell human stories, and bring our mission to life across every channel.
You’ll partner closely with our Growth, Creative, and Product teams to design bold, high-performing creative that captures attention and converts. This role blends art and strategy—where strong design intuition meets data-driven impact.
Thank you for your interest in joining the Phoenix team! While we are lucky to attract a high level of interest in each of our roles, only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
