Cowboy is seeking a Customer Success Expert to join their operations team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for understanding the product deeply, assisting customers with features, and advocating for their needs to impact product development. You will also optimize processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer happiness. The ideal candidate is a proactive, empathetic team player with excellent communication skills and 0-3 years of experience. Fluency in English and at least one additional language (German, French, or Dutch) is required. This role offers an initial 3-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.
