Description
岗位职责：
- 按交付节点完成新项目样件制造（粉末冶金、烧结产品等）
- 编制新项目样件技术文档及PPAP文件包
- 协同跨部门团队（CFT）跟进项目工装开发进度
- 管理工装库存及备件，保障生产平稳运行
- 统筹技术团队工作，每日审核工作成果并完成标准化文档
- 内外部跨部门协作确保项目按需执行及持续改进
- 建立标准化体系（工艺流程、加工工具、设备参数、量检具、作业规范及文档）
岗位要求：
- 机械工程/制造工程/机电一体化专业本科及以上学历
- 有粉末冶金工艺改进经验或有志于从事该工艺的应届毕业生
- 有粉末冶金、烧结产品及机加工专业知识佳
- 有良好的学习能力和意愿
- 以客户为中心，具备学习进取精神
- 优秀的团队协作与成员培养能力
