Senior PR & Influencer Manager – DACH, Netherlands, Poland & CEE

What You'll Do

We are looking for a highly connected culturally relevant, entrepreneurial and commercially minded PR & Influencer Manager to lead our creators marketing, cultural campaigns, events and agency management efforts across DACH, the Netherlands, Poland and selected CEE markets, with a strong focus on Germany. 

This is a hands-on role for a relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands local cultural nuances & communities, and has an exceptional network of creators, influencers, talent managers, media, agencies and retail partners. 

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with flawless execution and understands how PR, influencer marketing and events contribute to both brand desirability, commercial performance and community building. 

The candidate must demonstrate strong business acumen and act as a strategic partner to Marketing, Commercial and Retail teams to drive awareness, engagement and sales across the region.

What You'll Be Working On

Strategic Communications & Influencer Marketing 

• Develop and execute integrated PR, influencer, creator and event strategies across DACH, Netherlands, Poland and CEE.

• Identify emerging cultural trends, social conversations and opportunities relevant to local audiences and fandom.

• Create locally relevant campaigns rooted in consumer insights, market dynamics, cultural moments & highly relevant communities.

• Ensure strong alignment between brand objectives, retailer priorities and commercial opportunities.

Influencer & Creator Relations 

• Build, nurture and maintain strong relationships with key creators, influencers, talent managers, media contacts and industry stakeholders across the region.

• Develop long-term creator partnerships that drive both brand affinity and business impact.

• Partner with retailers and agencies to maximize earned and paid influencer opportunities.

• Organize regular creator engagement moments, networking events and relationship-building initiatives.

PR & Media Relations 

• Develop and execute local PR strategies supporting brand launches, product innovations and key business moments.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with beauty, lifestyle and business media.

• Monitor media coverage, competitor activity and industry trends.

• Support reputation management and ensure consistent brand positioning across markets.

Agency & Partner Management 

• Manage PR, influencer and event agencies across the region.

• Set clear KPIs, objectives and performance expectations.

• Monitor deliverables, budgets, timelines and reporting.

• Drive accountability, efficiency and continuous optimization across agency partnerships.

• Build briefs and creative campaigns with partners, with a suggestion of the best agencies to oversee new projects

Campaign Management & Reporting 

• Oversee campaign execution from briefing through delivery.

• Manage and monitor campaign performance through CreatorIQ and other relevant tools.

• Track KPIs, budget utilization and ROIs activations

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future performance.

• Manage budgets in partnership with local Marketing Managers and regional leadership.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and best practices.

Events & Community Building 

• Develop and execute influencer events, launches, retailer activations, press events and community experiences.

• Represent the brand at key  events and networking opportunities.

• Build meaningful relationships across the creator, media and retail ecosystem.

• Ensure all events deliver clear business outcomes and measurable impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

• Support retailer activations, key customer moments and media campaigns with the lead of Sr Consumer Eng. Manager

• Ensure consistency of messaging and brand positioning across all channels and all internal stakeholders

• Provide strategic counsel on communications, influencer opportunities and market-specific initiatives

Must Haves

• Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, communications, events or integrated marketing.

• Strong experience working across Germany (broader European markets is a plus)

• Experience managing events, creator trips and community activations.

Network & Market Knowledge 

• Extensive network of creators, influencers, talent managers, media contacts and agencies across Germany.

• Strong understanding of the German influencer ecosystem, media and cultural landscape.

• Experience across DACH markets is highly desirable (Knowledge of the Netherlands, Poland and CEE markets is a plus)

• Familiarity with key retail partners such as Douglas, Sephora, Flaconi and leading beauty retailers is highly valued.
