PubNub is seeking a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own marketing programs for customer adoption, value realization, and engagement. This role focuses on improving Net Revenue Retention (NRR), reducing churn, and creating expansion opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of B2B SaaS lifecycle marketing experience, a data-driven approach, and hands-on CRM/marketing automation experience. This is a remote position in the UK.

At PubNub, customer growth is a key part of our go-to-market strategy. As our Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you'll own the marketing programs that help customers adopt more of our platform, realize greater value, expand their usage, and stay engaged throughout their journey.
You'll lead lifecycle marketing initiatives focused on customer health, retention, expansion, and re-engagement, working closely with Customer Success, Account Managers, and our Go-to-Market Engineering (GTME) team. Success in this role means improving Net Revenue Retention (NRR), reducing preventable churn, and creating a steady pipeline of expansion opportunities across our existing customer base.
