The company is seeking expressions of interest for a Technical Office Engineer specializing in methods, structural, and steel works for future project opportunities in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. This role involves developing detailed construction methodologies, method statements, and temporary works procedures for major structural projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of experience, with a strong background in main contractor organizations and proven project delivery experience in the specified regions.
We are inviting experienced Technical Office Engineers – Methods to register their interest for future opportunities across major structural construction projects in the Middle East and the UAE.
The projects are expected to include large-scale structural developments requiring experienced methods engineers with expertise in construction planning, temporary works, sequencing, and execution methodologies.
Your Contribution:• Develop detailed construction methodologies for major structural construction packages
• Prepare method statements, construction sequences, and temporary works procedures to support safe and efficient project execution
• Review construction approaches to ensure practical, buildable, and cost-effective solutions
• Develop temporary works concepts and support implementation strategies for structural construction activities
• Define site logistics layouts, crane positioning, scaffolding, shoring systems, and material handling strategies
• Ensure construction methodologies are aligned with project requirements and site constraints
• Work closely with Technical Office Managers, engineering teams, and construction teams to coordinate construction methodologies
• Support multidisciplinary coordination to ensure engineering solutions are aligned with execution requirements
• Identify construction risks and recommend practical solutions during the planning phase
• Coordinate with planning teams to ensure construction methodologies align with project schedules developed in Primavera or MS Project
• Support the transition from engineering to construction by ensuring execution strategies are clearly defined
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in methods engineering or technical office functions
• Between 60% and 70% of your professional experience gained within main contractor organizations
• Proven project delivery experience within the United Arab Emirates and/or the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Experience developing construction methodologies for major structural construction packages involving reinforced concrete structures, structural steel works, complex building frameworks, and other large-scale structural construction activities
• Strong knowledge of temporary works, construction sequencing, site logistics, and execution planning
• Experience preparing method statements and construction procedures for complex structural projects
• Familiarity with Primavera and MS Project within construction planning environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Practical approach to construction methodology and execution planning
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams
