We are looking for a high-impact Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end hiring for niche technology roles across Cloud, DevOps, Architecture, Software Engineering and AI within our Global Delivery Center (GDC).
This role requires strong market intelligence, stakeholder management, and deep sourcing capability to deliver against complex and time-sensitive hiring mandates.
THE ROLE PROFILE
1. End-to-End Recruitment Delivery
- Own full recruitment lifecycle: intake → sourcing → screening → offer closure
- Manage simultaneous hiring across multiple niche tech roles with tight timelines
- Ensure high offer-to-join conversion through proactive engagement
2. Strategic Sourcing & Market Mapping
- Build strong pipelines for niche skill sets (Cloud, DevOps, Full Stack, Architecture)
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, passive sourcing, referrals, and market mapping
- Provide real-time talent insights (availability, compensation, competitor movement)
3. Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership
- Drive alignment on JD, expectations, interview process, and compensation positioning
- Influence decisions using data-backed insights (market constraints, candidate behaviour)
4. Candidate Management & Experience
- Ensure high-touch engagement with candidates, especially for senior/niche roles
- Proactively manage offer negotiations, counteroffers, and drop-out risks
- Maintain strong candidate experience across all touchpoints
5. Reporting & Governance
- Track and report on key metrics:
Pipeline health
- Conversion ratios (CV → Interview → Offer → Join)
- Offer decline reasons
- Ensure compliance with ATS (Workday) and hiring processes
