RobCo is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to build and execute their partner marketing strategy from the ground up. This role involves defining strategy with leadership, developing a differentiated marketing approach for various partner tiers, and creating the necessary infrastructure for tracking and reporting. The manager will also develop co-marketing assets, manage partner relationships, and collaborate with internal teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on building new functions in the Autonomous Industrial Robotics space.
About the Role at RobCo
RobCo is building the category of Autonomous Industrial Robotics and we're doing it fast. We believe that automating the ordinary frees humans to do the extraordinary, and we're building the end-to-end robotics infrastructure to make that possible - hardware, software, and AI in one stack that just works. With our pipeline scaling across Europe and North America, our marketing engine needs to be as precise and reliable as the robots we build.
The Role
As our first Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will build the partner marketing function from scratch - co-defining the strategy with our VP of Marketing and owning the execution end-to-end. This is not a role where you hand off to someone else to implement. You design it, you build it, and you run it. If you need someone else to execute for you, this is not the right role. If you thrive on building something that doesn't exist yet, it might be exactly what you're looking for.

Why Join RobCo
The category of Autonomous Industrial Robotics is being defined right now, and our partner ecosystem is one of the key levers for how we scale across Europe and into the US. As the first person in this function, you will have a rare combination of strategic ownership and direct impact - building something from scratch that will matter at company scale.
