SenseSational Learning Group is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work with neurodivergent children in Mears, Michigan. This role focuses on play-based, naturalistic ABA therapy, primarily in homes and community settings. The position requires providing 1:1 support, following treatment plans, collecting data, and building relationships with children and families. Candidates need reliable transportation, completion of RBT training (or willingness to complete), and experience working with children. The company offers paid training, RBT exam fees, mileage reimbursement, and supportive supervision.
