Job Overview
As a Senior Recruitment Officer, you will lead the Talent Acquisition team and drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle by blending strategic talent acquisition with operational excellence. You will serve as the Sourcing strategic Point of Contact for Hiring initiatives, spearheading local market penetration. You will lead University Partnership programs, building long-term alliances with academic institutions to secure a sustainable pipeline of emerging talent. Acting as a primary consultant to senior stakeholders and the Operations Team, you will leverage data-driven insights
to influence hiring strategies and ensure the seamless fulfillment of Corporate Hiring requirements within established SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide direct supervision, structured coaching as needed to Talent Acquisition team
members
● Ensure the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demands on time or within SLA.
● Liaise directly with the hiring managers and other stakeholders to provide updates on the
requisitions that need to be filled;
● Conduct and submit necessary Recruitment Fulfillment Reports, Funnel Report, and other
necessary reports that would be requested;
● Work with the Operations Team to calibrate on hiring requirements, profile discussions,
and suggest hiring flexes and key asks based on the doability of the requisitions;

● Lead and oversee all hiring initiatives, tailoring sourcing strategies to local networks.
● Manage candidate interview schedules with hiring and senior managers;
● Analyze and report on recruitment process effectiveness;
● Manage salary band information utilizing formal and informal networks;
● Assist with training and skills development for other interviewers (junior managers);
● Coordinate with the human resources team to ensure the onboarding processes for new
employees are completed.
● Manage and maintain recruitment databases;
● Additionally, other clerical and administrative duties as required will be expected.
● Strictly adhere to all organizational security policies and procedures, proactively
maintaining up-to-date knowledge through mandatory training and ensuring the
immediate reporting of all suspicious activities or security incidents.
Required Qualifications
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field
● Experience: Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or in a similar role.
● Skills:
○ Strong leadership and team management skills.
○ In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
○ Knowledge of using ATS is preferred.
○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Working Conditions
● Work Hours: 40 hours per week; Shifting Schedule
● Work Setup: Fully office-based position
