Hiive is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst, Customer Operations to join their team in Vancouver, BC. This role focuses on improving customer onboarding and support experiences through operational process maintenance, direct customer support via email, and advocating for process improvements. You will also help refine internal processes, build documentation, and contribute to the customer knowledge base. The position offers opportunities for growth and direct customer interaction, collaborating with Product and Sales & Trading teams to enhance the platform. This role may be suitable for candidates with 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing or operational roles.
