What You’ll Be Doing
 
Social media & branding
  • Develop daily online media strategy (including but not limited to X), to boost engagement and brand visibility globally.
  • Create, curate, and schedule compelling content that ties into trending discussions, audience behaviors, Web3 mentalities with OKX's messaging.
  • Monitor online media channels, respond to audience interactions, track performance metrics, iterate strategies and report on ROI to refine content and campaign approaches.
Team collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, product and other Web3 teams to align online media efforts with the company's broader goals.
  • Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table during brainstorming sessions and cross- functional projects.
Executive support
  • Manage and handles administrative tasks for executive support, including but not limited to scheduling business meetings, organizing travel, planning and organizing events and logistics.
  • Anticipate needs, handle confidential tasks with discretion.
 
What We Look For In You
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experienced in cross-departmental stakeholder communication and management, with proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (written and spoken).
  • Proven ability to produce engaging social media content, with a knack for spotting trends and audience behaviors. Portfolio of successful campaigns will be a plus.
  • Skill in crafting punchy tweets, threads, and creative briefs for visuals and videos that resonate with crypto-native audiences in global markets.
  • Thrive under pressure, pivot strategies quickly, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-moving industry.
  • Curious, creative, and unafraid to experiment. A self-starter who balances independence with teamwork.
 
Nice to have
  • Sound understanding of crypto culture, trending topics, and audience psychology
  • Ability to speak the language of Web3, Meme, or blockchain ecosystems.
  • Experience in social media management, branding or digital marketing, preferably in tech/crypto/Web3.
  • Experience using social analytics tools (e.g. Hoostuite, Sprout Social).
  • Network within Web3 communities or influencers.
