Airbus Customer Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an In-Service Engineer for Hydraulic Systems in Sepang, Malaysia. This full-time role involves providing autonomous engineering assistance to customers, troubleshooting aircraft technical queries, offering maintenance recommendations for reliability and cost optimization, and ensuring a thorough understanding of aircraft design. The position may require on-site assistance for complex issues and involves analyzing in-service events to identify impacts, launching corrective actions, and following up with the relevant customer services organizations. You will also identify and investigate emerging fleet issues, define corrective actions with fleet managers, and manage customer communication across various hierarchical levels and contexts.
