Immortals, a company focused on human longevity and healthspan, is seeking a Clinical Operations Specialist in Los Angeles. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless delivery of in-home and on-site preventive healthcare. Responsibilities include managing medical equipment setup, calibration, and breakdown, coordinating daily schedules, maintaining inventory, and acting as a liaison between members and clinicians. The ideal candidate will have a clinical background, be highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable navigating Los Angeles.
Death is our only foe.
Immortals was founded by Bryan Johnson, who has the world’s best comprehensive biomarkers. He is quantitatively the healthiest person on the planet.
Immortals is methodically built on science. We are a small, tight-knit team working to clean up the global food supply and build Don’t Die into the most influential ideology in the world. We move quickly, work efficiently, and enjoy an environment defined by competence.
Immortals delivers the most thorough, personalized, preventive health care available combining leading-edge diagnostics, advanced therapeutics, and exceptional, high-touch care to extend healthy lifespan. We bring the clinic to the member: precise, proactive, concierge-level medicine delivered in-home and on-site across Los Angeles. We operate at a standard most of healthcare doesn't, and we hire people who hold themselves to that same standard.
We're looking for a truly exceptional Clinical Operations Specialist to be the operational engine behind our in-person and in-home care in Los Angeles. This is the person who makes flawless care delivery look effortless: the equipment is set up and calibrated before the clinician arrives, the day's schedule is sequenced and de-conflicted, supplies are stocked and accounted for, and nothing — ever — falls through the cracks.
This is a hands-on, in-the-field role for someone with a clinical background (ideally a Registered Nurse) who is equal parts detail-obsessed operator and high-agency problem-solver. You will be trusted with significant autonomy. In exchange, we expect ownership: you see what needs to happen and you make it happen, often before anyone asks.
If you are the kind of person who is early, who triple-checks, who is energized rather than stressed by a full day across the city, and who takes personal pride in operational excellence, read on.
