Mission Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health in Sacramento, CA. This role involves conducting patient assessments, developing care plans, and providing patient counseling. The ideal candidate will have a current RN license, at least 1 year of acute care experience, and a valid driver's license. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing and 1 year of home health experience are preferred.
