The Pre-Building Coordinator will manage and coordinate pre-construction work requests from various teams like Commercial, Countries, and Production. This role involves interpreting project needs, distributing tasks to Pre-Construction Technicians, and planning the Pre-Construction Core calendar. The coordinator will also lead meetings with stakeholders to define key targets and ensure alignment on project development, digital dossier training, and delivery of site preparations. A key responsibility is staying updated on the latest pre-construction solutions, technologies, and workflows, and applying knowledge of construction costs and stakeholders to optimize technical specifications and create value. The role also promotes the use of Revit/BIM software throughout the building lifecycle. Requires 7-10 years of experience and intermediate English proficiency.
Ensuring the definition and execution of the production techniques used for the design, development and preparation of the Casais Group's production elements, following the norms and quality standards defined by the Group, and acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and the Casais values.
