EQT Corporation is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Executive Team. The role involves managing calendars, completing expense reports, arranging complex travel, and preparing documents for meetings. Responsibilities include creating detailed itineraries, coordinating travel and lodging, managing the expense reporting lifecycle, assisting with invoice processing, and ensuring the Executive Team is well-briefed. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills with a minimum of 8 years of experience supporting senior executives. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is necessary. This is a remote position, with specific state exclusions.

Position Summary:
Assists the Executive Team with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
