The Job
- Perform business analysis, review and prepare user requirements document for “End to End (e2e) digital Sales flow” & products implementation related projects, in accordance with business requirements from users of Life Operations functions
- Review System design documentation to ensure the functional design meets expectation of end users
- Prepare test scenario & test plan for user acceptance test execution
- Identify key issues and risks throughout the project cycle
- Review & tuning of underwriting rule engine to facilitate straight-through process of insurance application
- Prepare training materials and provide training to business users
The Person
- Bachelor degree required, preferably in Business Administration or Information Systems
- Minimum 3 years in Life Insurance industry with well understanding in life insurance operation, have Life Operations experience, especially in New Business and digital sales flow project experience is preferred
- Candidate with lesser experience will be consider for the position of Business Analyst
- Previous product development will be advantageous
- Professional qualification in project management will be ideal but not required
- Strong analytical anal problem-solving capability
- Team player who is able to meet tight deadline
