RobCo is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to be the backbone of their marketing team. This hands-on role involves maintaining data quality, managing CRM, optimizing marketing automation workflows, and ensuring campaign tracking and attribution. You will also administer core marketing tools and manage website updates and landing pages. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, a strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluency in German and English is required.
About the Role at RobCo
RobCo is building the category of Autonomous Industrial Robotics and we're doing it fast. We believe that automating the ordinary frees humans to do the extraordinary, and we're building the end-to-end robotics infrastructure to make that possible - hardware, software, and AI in one stack that just works. With our pipeline scaling across Europe and North America, our marketing engine needs to be as precise and reliable as the robots we build.
As our Marketing Operations Specialist (m/f/d), you are the operational backbone of the marketing team. You make sure our data is clean, our tools work, our leads are routed correctly, and our campaigns are trackable end-to-end. This is a fully hands-on, execution-focused role - you'll be in the systems every day, not designing strategy from a distance. If something is broken, you fix it. If something can be automated, you build it.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Database Health
Marketing Automation & Workflows
Reporting & Tracking
Tool Administration & Web Operations

Why join RobCo?
We are at an inflection point. With $160M raised from investors including Lightspeed, Lingotto Innovation, and Sequoia, 200+ people globally, and 2.5M+ operating hours in the field, we are deploying robots in factories across Europe and the United States - with our US operations headquartered in Austin, TX, and our RobCo Bay Area Demo Lab in San Francisco.
