Tetra Pak is seeking a Project Manager in Johannesburg, ZA, responsible for managing projects (processing or packaging types) from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to cost, time, quality, and scope. The role involves leading project teams, developing risk mitigation plans, managing stakeholders, and driving productivity through global systems and processes. This position requires 3 years of project management experience and offers opportunities for development in a global, innovative environment.

Overall responsibility for project applicant levels L1-L2 (processing or integrated type) and/or L2-L3 and NPI (packaging type) in all respects i.e. cost, time, quality, and scope of obligations. To manage the project within the framework of the budget, time schedule, quality, and scope, contributing to the overall sales result and customer satisfaction. Coordinate project team to ensure cooperation, project efficiency and wellbeing including coaching and team building.
1. Overall responsible for project execution and provide project leadership to deliver project result.
2. Secure project deliverables according to project agreement (contract) and act according to responsibilities in the project charter.
3. Work breakdown and planning the project into phases to fulfil the plan and meet the project tollgates and milestones in full according to time, budget and quality.
4. Drive productivity in project through utilization of global reusable solutions, processes, and systems (OFCE, Planview, SAP, OHS, Quality, Project Governance, etc.).
5. Identify, develop risk response plan, monitor and control project risks.
6. Manage scope changes and issue variation orders (VO´s).
7. Identify, engage and manage internal and external project stakeholders.
8. Secure project communication and documentation according to project communication plan.
9. Support WCM and Lessons Learned methodologies as input to improving processes and systems.
10. Demonstrate self-awareness for wellbeing and secure the work approach for team members is aligned with wellbeing priorities.
