BJAK is seeking a driven individual to join their CEO Office to support the expansion of their finance super app. This hybrid role, based in Malaysia, involves driving CEO-level priorities from conception to execution, tracking OKRs, and supporting strategic initiatives like licensing, country expansion, and hiring. You will work closely with product, engineering, finance, legal, and country teams, identifying and resolving execution gaps. The ideal candidate is a high-ownership business generalist with strong execution skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage ambiguity and urgent problems within a fast-paced environment. Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, or fintech is a plus.

The Role
We are looking for strong operators to join the CEO Office for BJAK's finance super app expansion. This role is for someone who can help turn CEO priorities into execution across product, hiring, licensing, partnerships, market launch and daily operating rhythm.

Location
This role is based in Malaysia. This is a hybrid role. You are expected to work from our Malaysia office at least 3 days per week.
English is our main working language across global teams. Strong English communication is required.
