The Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager at Accenture provides operational and strategic leadership within the Global Security Operations Centers. Responsible for performance and consistency in threat monitoring, building monitoring, and alarms, this role also acts as the primary Travel Security Subject Matter Expert (SME). The manager leads response efforts for high-impact incidents, manages threat monitoring across various risks, and ensures timely communication of alerts to stakeholders and traveling employees. This position requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in security incident monitoring and response.
The Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager serves as the deputy to the SOC Senior Manager and provides operational and strategic leadership within Accenture’s Global Security Operations Centers organization. This role is responsible for ensuring performance and consistency across the three core ASOC pillars: Threat Monitoring, Building Monitoring and Alarms, and ASOC Calls. The SOC Manager also serves as the primary Travel Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the ASOC, helping ensure Accenture travelers in high-risk destinations are supported.
This position is based in Pune, India and reports directly to the SOC Senior Manager.
