We are seeking a Senior Risk Model Developer to join our Group Risk team in Warsaw. You will develop, operate, and improve core risk models quantifying financial risks and supporting risk oversight. This role involves quantitative analysis, software development, and collaboration with stakeholders. You will work with Python, SQL, and potentially ReactJS, applying AI and modern tooling to enhance model development and workflows. This position plays a key role in shaping how our models and tools evolve.

You’ll be part of the Governance & Risk Analytics team where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for developing, operating, and continuously improving core risk models that quantify risk to key accounting measures and support risk oversight across Ørsted.

Position salary range
For this position, the base pay range is 15,000PLN - 22,000PLN for the advertised location. The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated pay range to ensure a fair and competitive offer. Where applicable, you may also be eligible for variable payment and a comprehensive benefits package.
