What You Will Do
Own and grow the global Service Partner (SP) ecosystem — from sourcing and qualification through onboarding, tier progression, and ongoing relationship management.
Convert existing Tier 2 (Service Partner) relationships into Tier 1 (Ecosystem Partner) status by negotiating the Ecosystem Addendum, demonstrating ecosystem value, and securing commitments to resource visibility, assessment participation, and performance standards.
Source new SPs in target domains and geographies (computer vision, LLM, multilingual, specialist domains), including the Bangladesh and Southeast Asia pipelines; run structured outreach, pre-qualification surveys, discovery calls, NDA execution, and SPA signature workflows.
Process Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) submissions with timely, competitive, well-structured responses; coordinate with Sales, Talent, and AI Operations on the talent supply component.
Negotiate rates, SLAs, payment terms, and contractual conditions with SPs, in coordination with US Finance for commercial vetting and the SCM Director for tier classification approval.
Run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with Tier 1 partners covering performance, bench health, market intelligence, pipeline preview, and improvement actions.
Maintain accurate SP profiles, tier classifications, performance records, and engagement history in the Master Resource Database, ensuring data freshness across the partner ecosystem.
Monitor SP-level performance metrics (throughput, quality, communication responsiveness, escalation frequency) and proactively flag risks to internal stakeholders with clear context and proposed mitigations.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with SP leadership (CEOs, COOs, founders), positioning SuperAnnotate as the strategic partner of choice for AI data services in global markets.
Identify and execute on ecosystem expansion opportunities — strategic partnerships, agency referral relationships, new domain coverage, and underserved geographic markets.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Operations, Project Management, Finance, Accounts, and AI Operations to ensure smooth handoffs, aligned SLAs, and a consistent partner experience.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the SP Standard Operating Procedure (SP-SOP), partnership templates, RFP response playbooks, and the SP Rate Bank to support scalable and reliable ecosystem operations.
Why This Role Matters:
We are seeking an experienced Service Partner Relationship Manager to own and grow SuperAnnotate's Service Partner (SP) ecosystem — the global network of Service Partners that supply AI-trained workforce capacity for Large Language Model (LLM), multimodal, computer vision, and specialist domain projects.
As an Service Partner Relationship Manager, you will be the commercial and operational bridge between SuperAnnotate and its external partner network. You will own the end-to-end Service Partner lifecycle — sourcing and onboarding new partners, converting existing supplier relationships into deeper ecosystem partnerships, negotiating commercial terms, processing RFP and RFI requests, and running performance reviews.
Your work will directly shape the scale, quality, and economics of SuperAnnotate's human data engine — critical to delivering high-quality AI data pipelines to global enterprise clients.
