Brooks is seeking a Manager, US Sales for their Seattle, Washington location. This full-time role focuses on driving footwear, apparel, and accessories sales revenue within a designated territory or channel. The manager will establish sales goals, strategies, and budgets, oversee sales reps, and collaborate with the marketing team on promotional plans. Responsibilities include regular travel to accounts and trade shows to achieve sales targets and manage rep relationships. The role also involves leading sell-in presentations, providing market feedback, and managing direct reports' career development and performance. A Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of sales experience with 3+ years of management experience are required.

Your Job:
As the Manager, US Sales, you will be responsible for footwear, apparel and accessories sales revenue across a specific channel or territory. You will contribute to the establishment of sales goals, strategies, and budgets relative to accounts within the territory. You will also oversee management of Sales Reps in achieving sales goals, as well as working with the marketing team on establishing and executing marketing plans for your designated accounts in the channel or territory. You will also travel regularly throughout the territory and/or to key accounts, as well as trade shows and expos, to achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities: :Compensation: The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is 126,670 - $202,714 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
